At MTH Pizza, we do it the long way. Building 15 layers of pasta, rich bolognese, béchamel, and tomato sauce from scratch, then baking it until perfectly set and finishing each portion to order. It’s hearty, a little indulgent, and exactly what Monday dinner should be.
Served with garlic knots. $25 an order.
(Yes, it’s big enough to share. Yes, you’ll have leftovers.)
