Israel Molina, our Kitchen Manager at MTH Pizza, blends culinary expertise with a passion for adventure. Hailing from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Israel’s journey began in the Hotel and Casino industry, but it was a stint in Florence, Italy, studying the art of pizza-making, that ignited his culinary passion. From Michigan to New York, and now Georgia, Israel has left his mark on the pizza scene, infusing each locale with his expertise.
Beyond the kitchen, Israel finds solace in surfing, a passion he’s nurtured since age 13. His heart belongs to Florence, Italy, where he fell in love with its culture, food, and museums. He’s a devoted husband and father, cherishing time with his two daughters, son, and four grandchildren. If he’s entertaining, you can bet his go-to recipe is pizza. And if he could bring back one TV show from growing up, it’d be “Friends”. Though he’s an adventurous spirit, driving near 18-wheelers makes him uneasy. Israel’s bucket list includes driving an F1 car, experiencing a World Cup Final, and surfing in the Maldives.
